The summit was hosted by Anne Williams Dias and centered on the critical theme, The Role of Industrial Relations in Modern Organizations. The discussion highlighted how robust industrial relations frameworks contribute to workforce stability, productivity, compliance, and long-term organizational sustainability, especially in a rapidly evolving economic landscape.
