The HR Conclave: New Age HR and Its Challenges, organized by the National HRD Network (NHRDN) and hosted by the NHRDN Lucknow Chapter in association with the Jaipuria School of Business, emerged as a significant platform for dialogue on the evolving role of human resources in a rapidly changing business environment. The HR Leadership Summit: Upskilling & Reskilling UP Workforce for the Future, held in September 2024, was a strategic knowledge forum focused on strengthening workforce capabilities to meet emerging industry demands. The summit was hosted by Anne Williams Dias and centered on the critical theme, The Role of Industrial Relations in Modern Organizations. The discussion highlighted how robust industrial relations frameworks contribute to workforce stability, productivity, compliance, and long-term organizational sustainability, especially in a rapidly evolving economic landscape. The panel featured senior industry leaders including Vishal Bhardwaj, Praveen Sherawat, Vir Bharat, Pramod Tripathi, Kshatriya Sundeep, Mamta Mahaar and Kunwar Bhanupratap Singh.
